And from behind me I hear this loud “WHUMPA-WHUMPA-WHUMPA-WHUMPA” Like I had a flat rear tire, only there was no change in road feel to go along with it. I finally look up to see a chinook, about 100 feet above me.
Living near A) an airport and B) a Natl. Guard... facility leads to some interesting sightings.

Being from the PNW, my first thought was wondering how you could be looking up at a fish. Then I thought an eagle had it or something. Then I figured it out. It may take me a while but I get there eventually.

Now I’m imagining some sort of dubstep fish (A Bass? HAH GET IT) being carried around by an eagle blasting out some sick tunes.

Had an Apache cross the highway in front of me a while ago. Hopefully on its way to terrorize some Jade Helm fearing Texans.

Working near/with Sikorsky in CT you got used to seeing Blackhawks buzz your office all the time. Certainly an interesting sight.
